For some, composition by improvisation can become addictive. Hours can be spent creating & recording. Then there is the wonder of finding gems among all that noise. Jamming towards an uncertain future, it is left to each musician's own devices as to where the music will flow.

Roughing It (low-fi and noisy)

As the name implies this compilation consists of songs that are more, well, rough. Maybe the recording is rough, maybe the playing is aggressive or strange but in some ways these songs seem rougher than the other 3 groupings and yet they have charms of their own.
